In this workshop we will explore that what wishes to be seen and heard by our being in the moment to allow more lightness into our life and living.
Through a series of gentle vocal explorations and movements through systemic constellations, each participant will have the opportunity to give space to voice what wants to emerge in the moment.
Vocal explorations include
- Vocal warm ups and vocal toning
- Explorative sound expressions with intention
- Using sound for healing
Systemic constellations:
- Unveiling the voice stories that wish to be acknowledged
