Introduction
A warm reminder to care for yourself as your system settles and realigns. You’ve just opened a meaningful space within yourself. In the hours, days, and even weeks that follow, your body, heart, and energy field may continue to shift. This guide is here to support you as the work integrates in its own timing. These are gentle guidelines — not medical advice — and you are encouraged to seek additional support if needed.

Your system is wise. It knows exactly how to integrate what opened today, whether it unfolds in hours, days, or months. Be kind, patient, and gentle with yourself. There is no “right way” to feel, only what is true for you.
The Healing Journey at Your Own Pace
"I thought I was getting worse..."
It's something I hear from time to time after people begin doing deeper inner work. Especially for those that are new on the journey. What can happen during and after a session is very personal.
While many people feel lighter or more settled after a session, others may notice a temporary increase in emotions, vivid dreams, tiredness, or a heightened awareness of thoughts and feelings as they process their experience. These responses often ease over time, but if they feel overwhelming, persist, or interfere with daily life, please seek support from an appropriate healthcare or mental health professional. Integration looks different for everyone.
None of this means that everyone will experience these responses, nor does it mean that feeling worse is a necessary part of healing.
It simply reminds us that growth isn't always linear.
- Sometimes healing feels light.
- Sometimes it feels tender.
- Sometimes it asks us to slow down rather than push through.
And if what you're experiencing feels overwhelming, continues to worsen, or begins to interfere with daily life, it's important to reach out to a qualified healthcare or mental health professional. You don't have to navigate it alone.
