​Collaborate, create, celebrate!

Whilst the MG (manifesting generator) in me likes to go it alone on certain tasks, I also enjoy working with others who are also just as willing and able to contribute towards the greater whole.

I didn't realise this was one of my values until my dear friend pointed this out to me in when I was living in Hawke's Bay "You create a sense of collaboration in the community, people want to work/play with you" 
. 
Collaboration is like a dance for me, regardless the configuration. Whether that is a team, a joint project, a client, or in a workshop. There's a moment where you're learning about how the others move and how you can move with them. Sometimes you're leading, and sometimes you're not and if we're ready, we could be learning a whole new dance. Some dances flow like lyrical, and some are like breakdancing.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Keep asking questions. What is possible here? What will be fun? What will be light? What will create greater for us?  If it doesn't flow, it's okay to say it's a no go.
