Sound Immersions
Sound healing journey every month which alternates between two types of experiences. Each month features a different theme to ponder on. Type 1) Nada Yoga & Yoga Nidra Opening up with intoning of the vowel sounds or mantras, followed by laying down for yoga nidra supported by sound scapes to awaken your senses and self-awareness. Finishing off with a warming cup of Masala Chai Type 2) Shamanic Journey Reconnect to your wisdom guided by the shaman's drum. 2 to 3 part journeys to assist you with reclaiming parts of yourself.
