Exploring the Hidden Stories We Carry
|
Rather than analysing stories alone, this approach reveals the unseen dynamics that influence us by exploring the self within the context of the systems we belong to family, culture, and other relational fields.
Together, we explore what may have happened within a system: what remains unresolved, who or what may have been excluded, and what may be unconsciously carried across generations. These hidden dynamics can continue to shape our relationships, choices, and sense of self in the present. You will also be introduced to some of the core systemic principles that support greater balance in systems such as belonging, order, and the natural movement toward balance within relationships. Through group exercises, personal constellation processes, and time for reflection and integration, you will have space to sense, embody, and explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion. Who is this for? This workshop is well suited for those who are comfortable with self-enquiry and somatic awareness, and who are open to meeting whatever emotions or sensations may arise during the process. |
