Where we have come from can influence our choices and behaviors in life. Our family of origin, our cultural and ancestral heritage, the country we live in, our community, our environment and so on. Some are helpful influences and some are not.
This one day experiential workshop facilitates a deeper look into our relationships with each aspect of giving, receiving and having to uncover our innerstandings of the impact it has on our flow. With a new found awareness, one can choose to change the conditions with more freedom.

The Process
The workshop involves self-guided exercises as well as interactive group work. Participants get to stand in the truth of their systems. Dynamics are revealed through representation and felt senses** The facilitator utilizes a structured process to obtain insights. With the help of representatives either as people or objects and the "knowing field", the facilitator suggests movements and healing sentences that aid in the reconciliation process.
