Each week we explore and unpack a different theme and the main framework for the session includes: Opening
Approach The sessions are guided with some instructions, teachings and facilitation where relevant. Some of the practices are a mixture of self-guided and experiential group exercises. Think: journaling prompts, constellations, future-casting, somatic intelligence |

Learning to notice, name, and be with emotions as messengers — what they reveal about unmet or fulfilled needs.

Tuning into the inner compass, listening to subtle signals, and honouring nuance.
Week 5: Boundaries & Belonging
Boundaries as clarity and self-love, balancing individuality with connection and belonging.

Distinguishing between thoughts and feelings; exploring inherited vs chosen beliefs, and how they impact our relationships to self and others.
