In this experiential constellation workshop, we explore the deeper forces shaping your expression, releasing what no longer serves, and reconnecting with the truth of your voice. Using systemic and relational constellations, we’ll gently reveal unconscious dynamics that may be influencing how you speak, stay silent, over-explain, hold back, or strain to be heard. We can explore themes such as:
When we see the system clearly, the voice no longer has to strain, shout, hide, or collapse. It can simply belong. Through group exercises, personal constellation processes, and time for reflection and integration, you will have space to sense, embody, and explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion. Who is this for? This workshop is well suited for those who are comfortable with self-enquiry and somatic awareness, and who are open to meeting whatever emotions or sensations may arise during the process. |

Yee Ley is a Constellations Facilitator who supports people to reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and purpose. Drawing on over 15 years of experience in transpersonal and experiential practices, she works with approaches such as voice, sound, and systemic constellations to reveal hidden patterns and unconscious dynamics.
