About Sonic Tonics
Sonic Tonics is a series of audio tracks made available for you to listen to in the comfort of your own home for relaxation and inspiration. These sound-scape experiences have been created by Yee Ley using her voice and specially selected instruments. After providing many live sound-scapes for groups across New Zealand, participants of these sound-bath experiences have requested for these sonics to be made available to them to assist with their wellbeing and better quality of sleep. So with that request, Yee Ley has been busy in the recording studio capturing some the sound-scapes that are relevant for the collective for these changing times. There are additional tracks on Insight Timer for those that have this meditation application. In light of the recent announcement, the pre-view listening function has been removed until the tracks are re-released under the new label. Details of previous track releases are below. There are a few guided meditations further down the page. New healing sound tracks are in the works and will be released in due course.
