RECLAIM YOU
This experiential learning process facilitates a safe space for you to explore and discover different parts of self and the systems to which you belong.
It can reveal unconscious beliefs, patterns and underlying dynamics that are holding you back, weighing you down and impacting your wellbeing. This approach fosters greater awareness of choices and the strengths within the systems you can draw upon, enabling forward momentum with a greater sense of freedom. Constellations facilitates transformation in areas including:

Constellations reveal dynamics through the representatives.
The facilitator utilizes a structured process to obtain insights on how to repair the system. With the help of the representatives either as people or objects and the "knowing field", the facilitator suggests movements and healing sentences that aid in the reconciliation process. Participants get to stand in the truth of the system. Family members are not required to be present in your session, even if you did not know your family or ancestors, this does not impact session. Participants Responsibility Systemic constellation work can involve intense emotional experiences and responses. It is therefore important for prospective participants to take full responsibility for themselves. This includes considering your emotional, mental and physical stability. With regards to group workshops, if you have concerns, please discuss them with me prior to the workshop. Please inform me of any significant physical or psychological conditions. Please note: Before a constellation session or workshop Constellations are not a substitute for psychotherapy, body based trauma work or psychiatric support. The Origins of Systemic Constellations
"Originally developed by Bert Hellinger, over 30 years ago in Germany, Systemic Constellations is a trans-generational, existential-phenomenological (Brentano, Husserl, Heidegger) method with applications in therapy, coaching, health and business.
A brief and solution focused therapeutic intervention it has roots in family systems therapy, (Moreno, Satir, Böszörményi-Nagy) incorporating the Ancestor reverence of the South African Zulus (Hellinger spent 15 years living and working there as a catholic priest), which has been further developed by many of the first generation systemic trainers. This method reveals deeper, subconscious patterns that can have a limiting or even destructive impact on relationships, health and success. Constellation work can address these limiting patterns even when their roots go back several generations. The approach aims to help participants understand the hidden systemic orders operating in relationship systems and organizations and the powerful resolutions to conflict that this understanding can make possible The Systemic Constellation process is being integrated by practitioners worldwide. It offers hope and inner peace to those on their own personal journey seeking to resolve inter-generational trauma to better serve future generations." - Constellation Intensive |
Clients have found this approach empowering and effective receiving greater insights into their sub-conscious patterns.
THE GUIDING PRINCIPLES There are three guiding systemic principles for constellation work: Belonging, Order and Balance. These principles are the “Orders of Love” that Hellinger discovered by observation as constellations were developed. Although these principles are particular to Constellations, it is a systemic therapy and therefore follows a similar logic to that of Systems Theory. The founder of Systems Theory, Ludwig von Bertalanffy, said that a system is the sum of its parts and that systems are open and interact with their environments. He said that it is the organization of the system—its connections—that makes it a system and at the same time, the organization is independent of its parts. Systems alone seek balance and a problem in one part will throw off the balance throughout the entire system. When a change is introduced, it affects the entire system, therefore all the parts since they depend on one another. OTHER GUIDING PRINCIPLES Presence, Willingness, and Non-judgment The systemic principles described above direct and guide constellations. These additional guiding principles are like “attitude principles” because they will influence and have an impact on the lasting effect of a constellation for you. |
Love wants to flow through

Handing down, handing back up
The weave that threads through many generations Pulsates through lines of many times Can bring through some interesting and complex situations Sometimes helpful, sometimes not The experiences are passed down the line When it scuppers the current way of living It has many asking 'is this really mine?' For orders of love ...Source shall seek Systemic constellations ..can give all a conscious peek |
Of where that love ...has stopped its flow From stories that have created hurt ...or were kept out of the know For one cannot change ...what cannot be seen We do not know where, what and why ...ancestors have been But the field of love ...can take you there And reveal ... what was not really yours to bear |
Healing revelations
...are shared in the field Where love can flow ...to those that can yield To also know ...that holding onto the pains of the past Does not have to be set ...in your ancestral cast Indeed we have been dealt the cards of fate But we can still choose how we interact with what's on our plate |
