There are many ways to engage in this journey of connection, awareness, and growth. The approach is fully experiential, offering a spectrum from gentle, passive practices to more active, embodied explorations. Some sessions focus on a single element, while others blend multiple practices to create a rich, integrated experience tailored to your needs.

Sound Immersions

Lay back and be gently guided into presence, cocooned in comfort with mats, cushions, and blankets provided. Bathed in the healing tones of crystal bowls, harp, voice, and chimes, it begins with a short guided meditation before journeying through immersive soundscapes that restores harmony and inner alignment.

Vocal Toning Meditation

Vocal toning or intoning is the creation of extended vocal sounds on a single vowel in order to experience the sound and its effects on different parts of the body - restoring balance and releasing tension.
OOO - OH - ERR - EEE - AH - OM - AYE - HU - AIR
No melody, no words, no rhythm, and no harmony - just the sound of the vibrating breath. With a short and gentle warm up and instruction, we will tone together as a group with a chosen intention.

Shamanic Journeys

Picture
Enter a meditative, altered state through rhythmic drumming, voice, and sacred sound. Guided in a safe and intentional space, you’ll journey inward to access insight, clarity, and deeper connection. Either seated or laying down, the experience will be supported by chants, rattle, and drum, transformation unfolds naturally. A ceremonial dose of cacao may be offered to gently open the heart and enhance receptivity*

Family and Systemic Constellations

This experiential learning process facilitates a safe space for you to explore and discover different parts of self and the systems to which you belong. By standing in different parts of the system, it can reveal unconscious beliefs, patterns and underlying dynamics that are holding you back, weighing you down and impacting your wellbeing.

Yoga Nidra
Simply lay down and be guided on a journey to a state of 'yogic sleep' providing deep restoration for your body and mind. Yoga Nidra, is guided meditation practice that leads practitioners to a state of deep relaxation, similar to sleep, but with conscious awareness. It combines guided mental imagery, whilst laying down in Shavasana (corpse pose), to achieve a profound state of calm and inner stillness
