"I flew back to Auckland on the Monday after the retreat & went straight to work, was on a mega high, everyone was asking me how it was and what we did, they were super interested and I was super excited to tell them. The rest of the week I crashed and was mega tired and had a jet lagged kind of feeling. 

The week after I had a big important presentation to a room full of people. I tried some of your toning exercises in the car on the way to work, it felt really good and the presentation went super well, my boss even gave me a $100 gift card to say thanks for a good job. 

I was asked to organise a 20 min ice breaker for a team bonding afternoon and all my workmates were asking if I could teach them something from your workshop and I did and it was awesome and they loved it so much. They talk about it all the time and every now and then someone will say “if I expressed it as a sound it would be.....” to describe a situation or feeling or the taste of a drink, it’s quite hilarious actually and makes me giggle.

I also feel like I’ve been singing more and more comfortable/not afraid of singing in front of others. 

Anyway, thanks again, it was a super special and unique weekend that I’ll never forget."

Systemic Constellations  - One on one

"Put simply, Yee Ley had been for me, the person I needed to help me grow emotionally. Before meeting her, I had worked a lot on my personal growth, but most of my understandings were intellectual. Yee Ley taught me through 3 sessions, to apply all those theories into practice by allowing unaddressed emotions to be acknowledged. Looking backwards, these 3 sessions helped me to act on some big themes. During the first session, as I was just curious about her work in family constellations, I chose "randomly" to work on my ability to express more joy. I ended up crying during this session, acknowledging some of the fears that were preventing my inner child to be seen as joyful. A couple of weeks later I made one of the most significant decisions of this period of my life : I ended my 6 year relationship with my partner because I/we were stuck.

After this, yet significant, but sad decision I had an opportunity to meet Yee Ley again. Because I know how hard it is to find a competent AND trustworthy therapist/coach, I was sure that I wanted a second family constellations session with Yee Ley. This time it was about my strained relationship with my family, one of the biggest issues in my life. During this one I was able to release tears, anger, feelings of contempt and more importantly, some comprehension of my behaviours. 3 months later I made the decision to have some tough conversations with my mum and my sister. And yes, I acted upon these decisions. In the momentum I even decided to have a hard conversation with my dad! Wow! 

Finally, I managed to see Yee Ley a third time where I asked to help me with my relationship grief. This session was smooth, efficient, beautiful, straight away healing and relieving.
