Shamanic Journey | Hawke's Bay
With Yee Ley and Jenny Allan (Wholey Cacao) Friday 8th May, 5pm - 7.15pm, $40 Theme: Calling the Voice Home Enter a meditative, altered state through rhythmic drumming, voice, and sacred sound. Guided in a safe and intentional space, you’ll journey inward to access insight, clarity, and deeper connection. Either seated or laying down, the experience will be supported by chants, rattle, and drum, transformation unfolds naturally. Voice Alive | Hawke's Bay
Awakening the Living Voice Within Saturday 9th May, 1pm - 4pm , $50 Your voice is more than a tool for communication it is an expression of your inner world, your body, your history, and your unique way of being in the world. Our voice can also be a powerful healing instrument for ourselves and others. In this 3-hour experiential workshop we explore the voice as a living system connected to breath, body, emotion and presence. Through gentle practices, sound exploration and guided exercises, you will be invited to reconnect with your natural voice beyond performance, judgement or the need to “get it right”.
